Do I have to be home during the service?

If you cannot be there, arrange access in advance: leave the side door or pedestrian gate unlocked, share any gate or alarm code, and make sure the driveway is clear so the van can park close to the opening. Tell us where the garage remote is kept if we need it to test the opener, and where the power switch for the operator is if it is not obvious.
